Compensation: $2,500 – $5,000/month DOE + Commission
On Target Earnings (OTE): $225,000 – $400,000+

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct in-person appointments and assess property condition & value

  • Manage personal pipelines, source, and negotiate investment opportunities

  • Learn and develop personal, leadership, operational, and business management skills

  • Oversee, manage, train, and mentor 12+ team members 

  • Run 100+ outbound calls/day to warm seller leads

  • Build rapport, uncover pain points, and negotiate win-win deals

  • Convert inbound inquiries into signed purchase agreements

  • Own your CRM: update, track, and report all sales activity within your team

  • Participate in daily roleplays, training, and feedback loops

  • Show up every day with hunger, focus, and a drive to dominate

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ year of outbound sales experience (real estate, B2C, solar, or high-ticket preferred)

  • Top 5% communicator — clear, confident, and persuasive

  • Competitive athlete mindset: driven, gritty, obsessed with winning

  • Organized and tech-savvy: able to manage high lead volume and data

  • Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

  • Willingness to work evenings/weekends as needed — closers don’t watch the clock

  • Bachelor’s degree a plus, but not required — production > paper
